I didn't get out for any meaningful patch visit today as I was out elsewhere for the day, however an early, and brief look around the Greenhouse Grounds and the bordering hedgerow with migrant Alley, was worth the 40 minute visit, as I found a WHINCHAT along the hedgerow. I also saw two CHIFFCHAFFS, a BLACKCAP and a MEADOW PIPIT, as well as the male KESTREL up on the Greenhouse roofs :-)
I took some photo's of the Whinchat, but in the poor light and drizzle, they aren't the best!

That was one miserable day , but your Whinchat certainly brightened things up .
Nice Whinchat shots Warren, especially given the gloomy weather at the moment :-)

Not bad considering the weather Warren, we need the sun for such shots.
It was a bit dull out there today Warren, nice to see the Whinchat though.
A Whinchat on the patch brightens up the dullest of days in my book Warren!
